Grappa of Vesuvius is made using the vines grown between the Vesuvius and the Monte Somma: caprettone, aglianico, piedirosso and falanghina in well defined percentages. After the distillation in an indirect steam water bath, the grappa is aged for 10 months in steel tanks. Alcohol by volume 40%.
Grappa of Vesuvius brings us to feelings of mature fruit with a nice almond background. Its soft, full and harmonious profile is devoid of pungent alcoholic notes.
